Health status and history, details of treatment and prognosis, medical reports (further details are provided below specifically with regard to the processing we may undertake in relation to this type of information)

Transfer: Client data is immediately and securely transferred via our platform to Optimum ELITE (a trading name of Optimum Commercial Solutions Ltd) and the chosen Optimum ELITE appointed representative firm. CBD does not retain or store this client data beyond the transfer process.

CBD processes Your Information solely for the purposes of:

Facilitating introductions between introducers and Optimum ELITE’s appointed representative financial advice firms.
Managing our digital platform and ensuring its secure operation.

In order to progress an application for a client, the appointed representative of Optimum ELITE will need to share the client information with potential lenders. Information will not be shared with a third party without prior consent from the client.

6. Data Retention

Introducer Data: Stored indefinitely by CBD to maintain your account and for ongoing communication.
Client Data: Not retained by CBD. Once transferred, client data is stored and managed by Optimum ELITE (a trading name of Optimum Commercial Solutions Ltd) and the relevant appointed representative firm with consent for a period of 7 years, in accordance with their respective data retention policies.
